INZANE ITALY 2019 PROGRAM
THURSDAY, MAY 23rd
From 2:00 pm arrival at the hotel.
Welcome from the staff, program and gadget delivery,
hotel check-in.
Pool and beach with beach umbrellas and deckchair at your disposal.
Reserved area for bike registered for bike show.
AT 7:30 pm ITALY INZANE XIII 2019 PRESENTATION
Intro show.
Friday’s bike tour and Saturday’s parade presentation.
Explanation of other possible activities (for fee or free).
Dinner from 8:30 pm.
DJ set and entertainment.
FRIDAY, MAY 24th
After breakfast you can leave for an individual bike tour,
or enjoy the pool and the beach.
Dinner from 7:00 pm.
Prize giving at 9:00pm.
10:00 pm concert of BAD REPUTATION band.
Final DJ set.
SATURDAY, MAY 25th
Bike gathering at 9:30 am.
Bike tour starting at 10:00 am.
We will stop in a panoramic place to have an happy hour,
after that we will have lunch in a typical italian restaurant.
Back in hotel approx. at 5:00 pm.
Free time for pool, relax, or to visit Cervia city.
European representatives’ meeting at 10:30 pm.
Dinner at 8:00 pm.
10.00pm: Awards ceremony for chapters taking part to the meeting and Thor’s Hammer delivery to the next host country of Inzane XIV.
DJ set.
SUNDAY, MAY 26th
Breakfast, greetings and departure.
